After booking any of our training sessions, our team will directly get in touch with you within 1 working day to discuss your booking. During the call, our trained team will work with you to understand your requirements and build a tailored training programme that meets your needs. They will also book you in with one of our specialist trainers at a time that suits you.
We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. The email will include your order number, billing information and a link to track your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order within 2 hours, please check your junk folder. You’ve changed your mind and want to return a product within 21 days of it being delivered.
The product must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in its original packaging. Please contact our Support Team for more information on firstname.lastname@example.org
Your product has developed a fault within 30 days of it being delivered.

If you need to reschedule your training for any reason, please contact our support team on 03333 444 019 and select Option 1. Please note that sessions cannot be rescheduled if they are due to take place within 48 hours and you will have to pay the full amount.
